Exhibiting at Chinawhite and my live body art installation tribute to the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee!

This is a just a quick post, but there is more to come! My solo show at chinawhite went off to a great start last night, with cocktails flowing, spring roll canapes and the best bit, my bespoke Boyarde Bottom cup cakes!

I had a big surprise to open the show with, my live body art installation tribute to the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee! With my amazing Goddess girls and the brilliant body painter artist Emma Allen helping me, my vision came to life in 8 dedicated hours of solid painting. My models, equipped with the odd McDonald’s burger and fries, standing diligently in their high heel shows not being able to sit for a total of 12 hours, made the installation art a massive success.

The aim of the body painting installation is to show that i am a painter and some people know me for my photography, but i trained as a portrait painter before hand. MY Pop Art Bottoms that exhibit internationally all over the world, are often mistaken for being pure digital computer creations and people don’t realize i actually hand paint the body before photographing it. Hands on!

There are a lot more pictures to follow plus a time lapse video of the making of the goddess girls! SO COME BACK SOON TO SEE MORE!x
