Products

Does the paint last?
Boyarde uses careful prepping methods for every surface she paints on to ensure the longevity of the artwork.

How long does the process take?
Dependent on stock, you will receive your charm one week from date order is placed. Bespoke and special orders take 6-13 weeks. All clients are in an orderly queue.

Can I change the colour, or amend the design?
Personalisation is an option on all Boyarde products, but the designs of the charms are fixed and cannot be altered.  The colour and design will be painted as seen. If you are looking for something to your exact specifications, please visit our I Want A Boyarde page.

Is it waterproof?
The paint is varnished and splash proof, and will NOT run in the rain.

Can I have these designs painted on my own things?
If you would like to discuss the possibility of a Bespoke work on your previously owned item, please visit our I Want A Boyarde page.

Orders

Do prices include tax?
Applicable tax is included in listed prices.

What payment methods are accepted?
All payments must be made in English Pounds (£) using our secure payment system, hosted by WorldPay. We accept Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, JB,  Maestro, and PayPal.

How will I receive delivery of my order?  What are the shipping costs?
All charm shipments take 1-3 days and are sent through a traceable methods. If you are in the UK, delivery will be via Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class. Cost is £10/four charms. International delivery is via Fed Ex International Priority Mail cost is £20/one charm and £40/two or more charms.

Delivery times and shipping prices for bespoke or specialty items will be quoted separately.

Can I exchange or return items?
Sorry, because of personlisation, orders cannot be cancelled. All of Boyarde Ltd. products are non-refundable and not exchangeable.
